Cancellation policy

Cancellation of Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@noveewatch.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the billing cycle ends.

Hardware Return Requirement

If your subscription plan includes a Novee™ smartwatch or other provided hardware, the hardware must be returned to BonCor Medical within 15 days of cancellation.

  • Failure to return the hardware may result in a non-return fee as disclosed in your subscription terms.

  • Hardware must be returned in good working condition (normal wear and tear acceptable).

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Hardware costs are refundable only if returned within 15 days of delivery in good condition.

How to Cancel

You may cancel by:

  • Logging into your customer account, or

  • Emailing support@boncormedical.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription”.

Changes to Subscription Plans

BonCor Medical may modify subscription pricing or offerings. If pricing changes, you will be notified before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.
