How do I know if my watch is measuring my wellness data?

Your watch records your wellness metrics continuously and uploads them to your mobile app every 15 minutes. There are a few things that may prevent your app from updating every 15 minutes:

  • If you phone or watch don't have internet connection
  • If you aren't wearing the watch it won't update

Does Novee detect falls?

Yes. Not only does Novee detect falls but it will automatically call your preset emergency contacts. Here at Novee we believe that it better to talk to a loved one instead of a call center. If none of your emergency contacts answer we will contact 911 on your behalf.

How do I know if my watch is charging?

There are a couple of ways to know if your watch is charging.

  • If your watch screen has a lightening bolt on it.
  • You can check if your watch is charging in quick settings. You can access the quick settings by swiping down from the top of screen.

Do I need a phone to use Novee?

While we believe a phone is the best way to experience Novee it is not required. If you or your loved one doesn't have access to a phone or doesn't feel comfortable using one Novee will still work.

What is a managed profiles?

Novee offers a unique experience that allows you to control a loved one's watch and account remotely. The managed profile feature is designed for loved ones that might not be able to setup or mange their own account.

Does Novee offer a warranty?

Yes. In additional to a limited 1 year warranty we also offer an NoveeCare+. NoveeCare+ offers additional protection against accidental damages.

What are bubbles?

While keeping an eye on your own or your loved one’s wellness is important, tracking location can be just as crucial. Bubbles let you set digital boundaries for your loved ones, and you can choose to be notified whenever they enter or exit the bubbles you set up.
