Novee™ Warranty & Returns Policy

This Warranty & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Novee™ hardware products, including smartwatches and any other wearable devices provided by BonCor Medical, LLC (“BonCor,” “we,” or “our”). By receiving, using, or returning Novee hardware (“Hardware”), you agree to this Policy.


1. Limited Hardware Warranty

BonCor warrants that the Hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date it is first provided to you (the “Warranty Period”).

This limited warranty applies only to Hardware provided by BonCor and does not cover accessories, straps, chargers, or third-party products.


2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers: - Manufacturing defects - Hardware malfunction under normal use - Battery defects (excluding wear from normal usage)


3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by: - Misuse, abuse, or accidents - Drops, crushing, or impact damage - Exposure to liquids beyond the device’s specified rating - Unauthorized repairs or modifications - Improper maintenance or neglect - Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks) - Normal wear and tear - Lost or stolen Hardware

BonCor reserves the right to deny warranty service if the Hardware shows signs of misuse or tampering.


4. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is submitted during the Warranty Period, BonCor will, at its sole discretion: - Repair the Hardware, or - Replace the Hardware with a device of equal or greater functionality, which may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured.

Replacement devices are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

This limited warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective Hardware.


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim: 1. Email support@noveewatch.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”. 2. Include: - Your full name - Order number or subscription ID - Description of the issue - Photos or videos (if applicable) 3. BonCor will review the claim and provide return instructions if eligible.

You must return the Hardware using the prepaid label provided by BonCor (if applicable). Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.


6. Returns for Non-Warranty Reasons

You may return Hardware for any reason within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: - The Hardware must be in good physical condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted). - Hardware must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. - BonCor may charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription term has begun.


7. Non-Return Fee (For Subscription Plans Requiring Return)

If your subscription requires returning the Hardware at the end of your term, you must return the device within 30 days of cancellation.

Failure to return the Hardware may result in a non-return fee, which will be disclosed in your subscription agreement.


8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery and remains with you until the Hardware is successfully returned to BonCor.


9. Not a Medical Device

Novee Hardware is designed for general wellness and fitness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

All health-related data should be treated as informational only.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonCor’s liability under this Policy is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Hardware.

BonCor is not liable for: - Loss of data - Loss of profits or revenue - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Hardware

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply.


11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Detroit, Michigan.
